Femtocell Troubleshooting Template: gathers and analyzes critical information from femtocell devices. This information is then used by the help desk to pinpoint and resolve customer issues such as connection, billing or device misconfiguration.

Home Device Manager: allows service providers to remotely manage CPE, such as residential gateways, IP set-top boxes, and VoIP terminal adapters that comprise a home networking environment.
