Motive ServiceView Console
Whether implemented on its own, or embedded with other trouble ticketing or CRM applications, the Motive ServiceView Console delivers a robust service management interface that gives call center agents, NOC staff and field technicians the visibility, key information and management capabilities they need to quickly set up and manage new services, and diagnose and resolve service issues. Rather than simply monitoring network data, agents can run specific diagnostic tests on demand, and quickly pinpoint specific issues.
Motive Client Manager
Motive is committed to supporting the full spectrum of devices and technologies that providers use to deliver their services, including residential gateways, set-top boxes, middleware, CRM and back office systems. The Motive Client Manager applies Motive's service assurance capabilities to devices without embedded remote management and data retrieval capabilities, so that service technicians can retrieve device intelligence for problem analysis and providers can remotely configure the device and associated software, and provision new services. When a customer has a problem, service technicians can take control of the device to troubleshoot issues, analyze information, configure settings and more.
Motive Home Device Managerâ„¢
Motive Home Device Manager enables service providers to remotely control and manage the entire spectrum of customer premise equipment in the home, such as residential gateways, PCs, IP set-top boxes and VoIP adapters that may affect the provider's IPTV service. When all these devices are connected on a home network, the process of diagnosing and resolving issues with any one service is multiplied. Based on industry standards such as the DSL Forum's TR-069, Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Motive Home Device Manager includes sophisticated management capabilities such as provisioning, firmware management, diagnostics and monitoring for a wide range of customer premise equipment (CPE).
Connectivity Template: checks for common connectivity issues associated with IPTV service and includes predefined workflows for assisted service and self-service processes.
Service Verification Template: verifies that the customer is eligible for the service by checking billing and other customer data to ensure the customer's account is current, verifying provisioning data and diagnostics, checking IPTV middleware, and diagnosing the residential gateway to ensure proper configuration.
Quality of Service Template: provides workflows and key processes to diagnose and resolve quality issues.
